Founded in 2000, our spa offers a variety of services including massage, body spa treatments, Ionithermie Body Contouring, a complete skin care program for every skin type, custom blended mineral make-up and our "Toosties' Roll" signature pedicure.

A Time to Unwind, our massage therapy practice is built on a foundation of providing relief to our clients. All of our massage therapists are fully-licensed and certified, and have extensive experience in multiple massage methods.

Massage therapy has an endless list of benefits, including reduction in stress and anxiety, relief from soreness and pain, injury recovery, improved blood circulation and much more. No matter what your reason is for coming in, we'll work to make sure you get the results you desire and you leave feeling sublime.

Kathryn Mangieri, LMT,NCTMB, Licensed Pedicurist, Certified Senior Consultant in skin therapies & custom blended mineral make-up.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Kathryn was a skin care specialist. She was also a make-up artist working with Model & Talent Management in Charlotte, NC. While with the agency, Kathryn had to opportunity to work with many professional models on local & nationally sponsored fashion shows and the "Look of the Year" contest.
After moving to RI, Kathryn persued her goal of having her own spa. She obtained her license as  a manicurist & pedicurist. She followed this by completing the program at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. Kathryn is now also a nationally certified therapist of massage and bodywork.

Paul Couto, LMT, NCTMB
As a Black Belt in Karate, Paul Couto has competed in various tournaments for Team Straight Up National Karate Team. Being an Athlete himself, Paul has a unique understanding and capability for treating sports related injuries. Paul is also a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. He specializes in deep tissue/ sports massage, chronic pain management & repetitive motion injuries.

Both Kathryn & Paul have continuing education in medical & orthopedic massage, myofacial release techiniques & neuromuscular work.

As members of the American Massage  Therapy Association, we strongly support   professional ethics & continuing education. We are happy to host interns in massage therapy.
